DUMBBELL CURL TRAINING TIPS



SETS 3 REPS 10–12
On the last set, do 2 drop sets of 4–5 reps each, using a small increment for each drop.
Adjust an incline bench to 45 60 degrees and lie face-up on it with your feet on the floor. 
Hold a pair of dumbbells with your arms hanging straight down and palms facing forward. Keeping your shoulders, back, and upper arms fixed perpendicular to the floor, curl the dumbbells towards
your shoulders. Squeeze hard at the top before returning to the start.
