CHICKENAPPLE SAUSAGE PATTIES 4 PAT T I E S

NGREDIENTS   
1 large tart apple, peeled and diced
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 lb ground chicken

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the apple, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Crumble the chicken over the mixture and mix the ingredients together. Shape into four 6-inch patties.
2. Place a large pan over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Place patties in pan and cook 5–6 minutes on each side
or until no longer pink.
